PRE-WORKSHOP SETUP
No excuses to delay implementation
To ensure there are “no excuses” to delay implementation, we recommend arriving with a live Agent Swarm already configured for your environment. We can spin up dedicated, temporary servers for your team that can be wiped immediately after the session.
We can skip the real setup and use a generic demo if preferred, but seeing it work on your code in your Slack is where the real “aha” moment happens.
Requirements for live setup
- Repo Access: Org-level credentials (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket).
- API Tokens: OpenRouter and Anthropic recommended.
- Slack token for messaging — or we can use email.
- Optional: if you have custom workflows or skills, share them in advance.
